Ruby Ayres

Ruby Ayres has more than 12 years of experience in the medical field. After earning her B.S. in nursing at Southwest Baptist University in Missouri in 2011, Ruby worked as a travel registered nurse in a number of locations including in Pine Bluff, AR; Kansas City, MO; Reno, NV, and on the Ft. Defiance Navajo reservation at the Tsehootsooi Medical facility in Arizona. She completed her M.S. in nursing and earned her family nurse practitioner certification in 2018. Additionally, Ruby is proficient in opioid use disorder treatment with Suboxone. She is also ATLS certified along with SST sedation certified. Ruby’s experience working in an ER in Odessa, WA, makes her an especially important part of the Platte Valley Clinic.

Ruby’s specialties include primary care, DOT physicals, joint injections, emergency medicine, and more. Ruby will be part of the team at the North Platte Valley Medical Center when it opens.
